Raqbit: For FEL-boot you need to tell u-boot where your kernel is (and then your kernel needs to know where your userspace is), either pointing it to the SD location with a compiled boot.cmd as I posted above, or by passing the kernel file in to be written to a specific memory location as per the wiki -

Or hard mode - using the USB ethernet gadget driver to boot a kernel from your connected machine over TFTP (ie TFTP-boot). This is probably only worth doing if your kernel is changing frequently (ie developing the kernel), otherwise better to have a known good kernel and userspace on SD, and just use FEL-boot to send u-boot itself and the devicetree
