<alyssa> lina: https://rosenzweig.io/a RTKIT crash
<alyssa> provoked this one from running the KHR testts
<alyssa> of course you may simply say "dont do that" ..
<lina> alyssa: Which tests?
<alyssa> ASAHI_MESA_DEBUG=sync,deqp MESA_SHADER_CACHE_DISABLE=1 EGL_PLATFORM=surfaceless deqp-runner run --deqp ~/CTS/glcts --output output --jobs 8 --caselist ~/khr-master.txt --skips ~/mesa/.gitlab-ci/all-skips.txt -- --deqp-surface-type=pbuffer --deqp-gl-config-name=rgba8888d24s8ms0 --deqp-surface-width=256 --deqp-surface-height=256
<alyssa> with
<alyssa> cat gles31-khr-master.txt gles3-khr-master.txt gles2-khr-master.txt > ~/khr-master.txt
<lina> Thanks ^^
<alyssa> doesn't happen every time
<alyssa> lina: this might be a weird request, but
<alyssa> can you do clang-format linting locally?
<alyssa> either pre-push or pre-commit or something
<alyssa> personally I push with a script `pub`
<alyssa> format-agx-check.sh && git push public -f
<alyssa> where the shell is
<alyssa> shopt -s globstar
<alyssa> parallel -m clang-format-13 --Werror --dry-run ::: ~/mesa/src/**/asahi/**/*.{h,c,cpp}
<alyssa> which completes in a quarter second on M1
<alyssa> so even if the CI coverage doesn't happen we still stay clang format clean (with the possible exception of drive by commits but meh those are rare enough we can fix up)

<alyssa> lina: I'm trying to figure out what asahi/mesa as staging would look like, in terms of workflow
<alyssa> Would asahi merge requests happen in mesa/mesa still and just get retargeted?
<alyssa> Would we just use asahi/mesa for all review?
<alyssa> What schedule would we rebase on upstream? Realistically there's not a lot happening upstream that we would need to rebase for, NVK doesn't rebase more than once in a blue moon

<mkurz> Hi, so your are testing things before the next release? Could you, with latest Chromium, check if https://summer-afternoon.vlucendo.com/ and/or https://webglsamples.org/WebGL2Samples/#draw_image_space works now? For me (using current "stable" edge) it says "WebGL 2 is not available" even though in chrome://gpu/ it says "WebGL2: Hardware accelerated". Would be interested if that will work with next release...
