<rseifert>
now, I want to see the wiki updated with the correct fucking info already
<rseifert>
or is openwrt just full of incompetent qualcomm-sucking niggers?

14|01:03:56 < stintel> I also suspect mstroz, who was in #openwrt-devel earlier, might be the same person
<stintel>
I would be careful opening their links - use tor or other proxy to hide your IP if you really want to read them, and use an online virusscanner before opening them

nbd: I ran into the situation again as mentioned yesterday. The 80211s mesh is established and looks fine, but both sides can't reach each other. It *may* be related to pppoe reconnects (classic wan/NAT iface)?
<dhewg>
And I'm seeing this since roughly the a-mspu patches (the ones before yesterday), but haven't verified if it's really just that commit

robimarko: so in the end I am going to need to implement DTS reading on the aquantia_hwmon; I know it's an overkill, still maybe a good way for me to get some experience. Wonderif you know some drivers from which I can take inspiration and understand how things are supposed to work. Thanks a lot.

blocktrron are you aware of newer usw-flex revisions? i just got a bunch of them with test dates in november 2022. i'm not sure yet but they seem wonky during the flash procedure. hostname is "UBNT-US.v4.0.66" based on lede 17.06.1 :-)
<schmars[m]>
even has an openwrt_release file :)
<schmars[m]>
and funny enough, they have the same power limit issue with the ubiquiti af/passive converters that i patched in poemgr :)
<mrkiko>

hi Znevna

blocktrron yeeeah... it boots back into *something* that's not what i flashed. i still get a ping from the original IP 192.168.1.20, ssh packets seem to just get thrown away, and LED cicles white/blue/off

<karlp>
is there anyone still using/working on uqmi or has everyone capitulated and moved to modemmanager? I've got a qmi modem that "just works" (no apn settings, nothing, just sim card and choose from the drop down) with modemmanager, but uqmi gets lost here:
<karlp>
I've tried running all the uqmi commands by hand and it just always fails there at the --start-network call. I can get granted client ids, and pass them back in, just... somethign goes awol.
<karlp>
is it worth looking at this? or "just use modemmanager"?
