<dhewg> unsure about the nick, is dgolle in here?
<dwfreed> dangole
<dwfreed> has not been online in a few days, so mailing list or direct email is probably best
<dhewg> thx!

<enyc> hauke: not sure if helpful but I have a suspicion updated HHv5a OpenWRT has issue that MAC addresses moved from one place to another (e.g. switching to another OpenWRT Wireless Access Point..) take ages to time out and repoint traffic or so
<enyc> [1170678.236915] gswip 1e108000.switch: port 0 failed to delete 90:72:82:98:bb:cc vid 0 from fdb: -2

<enyc> and see these messages in kernel log
<enyc> would take much twibbling debugging comparing to really know and I'm about to set up a completely-different EA8300 instead :O

<f00b4r0> nbd: quick update, the mt7915 device has reached unprecedented uptime after the SSID that hosts point-of-sale devices was turned off. I'll wait some more but if that's confirmed I'll run a few more tests to confirm whether these particular devices are the cause, or if it's an "excessive" number of SSIDs/radio that is. Will keep you posted.

<schmars[m]> f00b4r0 interesting, what's your number of SSIDs where the problems start? maybe something for me to try here too
<schmars[m]> i have something like 7 SSIDs spread over 5ghz and 2ghz

<f00b4r0> 3+3 but stintel already dispelled this so it's all the more likely there's some bad combo with the PoS devices. Time will tell.

<schmars[m]> Yeah i'm also suspecting the combo of devices. Have 4 devices doing 802.11s (2x mt7915e, 2x ipq4019) and even on the mt's i get the deaf node problem
<schmars[m]> Always thought that was exclusive to qualcomm :d
<schmars[m]> Need to try the new mt76 fixes

<Borromini> robimarko: ping :)
<robimarko> Borromini: pong
<Borromini> question about the mvebu 6.6 PR. It's just the Cortex A9 DTSes that moved with 6.6, the A53/A72 ones are already there, so I suppose I need to move that if clause into cortexa9.mk?
<Borromini> should I do a files-6.1 / files-6.6 split because even with the if clause, the include paths will be different? Ie OpenWrt DTSes are still in dts/ while upstream are in dts/marvell/
<schmars[m]> anyone else seen host tools patchelf+elfutils build errors related to bzip2, as in https://github.com/openwrt/openwrt/issues/14226 ?
<schmars[m]> i
<robimarko> Borromini, or simply include an if for subtargets as well in the check
<schmars[m]> i'm not really in a position to remove the system's bzip2 ;)
<Borromini> robimarko: thanks, will think about how to approach it best.
