Ansuel: and if I understood well it is not working at the moment wo probably won't boot unless I create an initramfs and boot it via uart
<Ansuel>
no?
<Ansuel>
it WAS broken with 6.6 but I fixed it
<mrkiko>
ok, so I don't exactly know what nandc does, sorryfor the noise
<Ansuel>
nandc is the nand controller on ipq806x
<mrkiko>
Ansuel: oh, thanks!!!!!!

<ynezz>
hi, just spotted "ramips: mt7621: disable Edgerouter X image generation" and I'm wondering how to approach it, since we're using it for daily runtime testing https://gitlab.com/ynezz/openwrt-device-runtime-testing/-/jobs/6433857834, is it just temporary or should I start looking around for a replacement mt7621 device?
<ynezz>
if the replacement would make more sense, any recommendation?
<robimarko>
Well, somebody would have to find a way to run larger kernels
<ynezz>
I figured, so this could be somewhere between a day or never, right :) I don't have time to fix it myself unfortunately, so currently the pragmatic approach (if the mt7621 should be tested) would be another device

ynezz: maybe ZBT-wg3526; rationale: it has u-boot support as well; but not very easy to obtain
<mrkiko>
but I hope for the edge X to get re-enabled also because it has sftp support as well
<f00b4r0>
Ansuel: no idea, sorry
<mrnuke>
Is there a special process to get BDFs into firmware_qca-wireless ? I would like to get the EAP610 BDF in so I can upsate the pr to openwrt proper
<robimarko>
Nope, nothing special
<robimarko>
I usually merge stuff every couple of days there

Ansuel: failing to apply 14934 patch (ipq806x bump) - patch tells me it 's trying to delete a file that doesn't exist, so maybe I am not applying a dependent pr or so
