Degdag_Med: that's unfortunate, but (also JIaxyga) feel free to keep poking at the code and especially compare PPS and relevant register writes to downstream, we might find something collectively
<JIaxyga[m]>
Marijn[m]: I'll try to find something
<JIaxyga[m]>
It's just that Degdag_Med: has sm8150 and it's much easier to compare results with sm7150
<Marijn[m]>
JIaxyga I don't expect too much of a difference between these, it seems both need about the same high-level features that are currently missing from the kernel (but which I PR'd to your branch yesterday and hope to upstream as soon as we find the missing pieces and make it all working / have it successfully tested), just like sm8x50 on which I have been prodding away thus far
<Marijn[m]>
For completeness I'm particularly interested in debugging the topology as I have a phone (on 8250) that only updates the top portion of the panel (with corruption) despite only being driven by a single DSI link
<konradybcio>
we used to get full screen segmented corruption like on the video above, so perhaps something changed somewhere
