<apritzel>
and how is this WiFi module connected? Via MMC1? And what's the name of the chip?

apritzel: the interface for a wifi module is usb (but with 3.3v powered by ldo3
<youmukonpaku1337>
megi: the panel should be identical except for touchscreen but ill check pin count in a sec (touchscreen uses a separate connector, no?)
<youmukonpaku1337>
megi: the display connector is the same 34pin one as touchlux3 im pretty sur
<youmukonpaku1337>
apritzel: since uboot is compiled without wifi or usb support i assume it wont power the wifi pins by ldo3 then?

probably not unless you set the regulator to be always on

ok it isnt but ehhh its probs lack of uboot usb support xD
<Jookia>
there may be another regulator you have to enable somewhere
<youmukonpaku1337>
Jookia: maybe but i somehow doubt that unless "avcc" is related
<youmukonpaku1337>
megi: what's avcc?

there is a "default n" for CONFIG_PHY_SUN4I_USB, but just because USB is mostly untested on the V3s
<apritzel>
regulators for USB devices are a bit tricky, since normally USB devices don't appear in the DT, because they are plug&play
<apritzel>
so regulator-always-on; is probably an acceptable (and common) workaround, at least for now

youmukonpaku1337: you can just hand this DT over to the kernel as well, just use that line to boot the kernel: bootz $kernel_addr_r - $fdtcontroladdr
<apritzel>
and you can upload the kernel with FEL, just add "write 0x41000000 zImage" to your sunxi-fel line
