Hello thank you all for help. I am busy with school and had no time to answer. I will try porting U-Boot based on H3 more.
<Soupborsh>
<enthdegree> "soupborsh: are you in #postmarke..." <- Yes, I am. I looked at it, everything was new information for me. I am newbie to kernel U-Boot development.
<Soupborsh>
<enthdegree> "compiling & seeing ..." <- I forked kernel-b288 to fix some compilation errors and add PB618 extracted defconfig and script.fex and it compiles but I did not test it since I do not have any way I can recover it. https://github.com/Soupborsh/kernel-b288

<apritzel>
please notice that there is probably little enthusiasm in here for messing around with BSP based code, especially not for those old SoCs
<apritzel>
their old kernel patches are broken beyond repair, and at least if you ignore any display, it would be much easier and better to use mainline as a base
<apritzel>
BroderTuck: do you have a B300 device? Can you get the SoC ID from it, by just using "sunxi-fel ver", in FEL mode?
<apritzel>
if that reads 0x1755, it would confirm that it's the A50 die

apritzel: Sorry, I just noticed it when I checked "Recently changed" on the wiki
<BroderTuck>
Anyway, my new toy arrived today. The uSD cards I ordered at the same time are still in flight, tho
<apritzel>
it's a good find, especially since we have an A50 manual, but I would like to have a bit more confirmation, since BSP output is sometime lying
<BroderTuck>
Indeed, that's why I used a bit of weazel wording on that edit
