mrkiko: I know there is the, was it 417, I'm a teapot, but specs lack the code for "don't smile at me before I've got my morning coffee" :p

olmari: remembering of seeing a netflix series with episodes with titles resembling / being the https codes; e.g.: episode 4 of season 4 being not found or something
<Habbie>
i haven't even seen the series (except for a few minutes here and there when my wife did)
<mrkiko>
Habbie: joking, not meaning to be in any way offensive of course
<stintel>
o/
<mrkiko>
Habbie: I hope somewhere they at least clone openwrt git repo
<Habbie>
hehe
<stintel>
no sleeping in on my free day, someone appears to be assembling ikea furniture or so in the building
<olmari>
mrkiko: That guy got talent.. being at the same time being anti-social nerd and lead singer of Queen
<mrkiko>
stintel: sorry to hear that
<stintel>
mrkiko: should have gone to bed earlier :P but someone made a dupe PR for miniupnpd (I did one last Sunday) and I got triggered, got out of bed, retested, merged my PR, made a cherry-pick one for 22.03
<stintel>
maybe the github app on the phone wasn't a good idea after all
<Habbie>
it is a terrible idea
<stintel>
well, I get notifications for *everything*
<Habbie>
every time somebody tells me "you can now do X or Y in it" I think "but people shouldn't
<Habbie>
"
<stintel>
it is actually nice to unsub from PRs I totally don't care about
<stintel>
when I on the toilet or so
<Habbie>
hehe
<olmari>
stintel: pair it with one security key, remove all recovery methods and go smash the keyfob
<stintel>
there was this PR to add codeowners to avoid those notifications
<stintel>
dunno why that never got merged
<stintel>
olmari: ?
<Habbie>
esphome has codeowners which causes me to get mail ;)
<olmari>
stintel: makes all your github worries away for sure ;)
<stintel>
lol :P
<stintel>
maybe I'll do that when I retire from the Internet
<stintel>
aaaargh no coffee
<mrkiko>
eheh, this morning got one cofee at home, then another at the bar :D ...
<stintel>
I guess I'll go to the shop and buy coffee

slh: regarding forum post of the guy trying to use the gl-inet interface on the R7800 -is not the first time I see posts talking about this. So even tough I am not generally using web interfaces when I can avoid them, maybe gl-inet simply did a good job :)
<mrkiko>
i can't talk about the "hickups" to which they refer in the post, as there is not enough info for me to tell

Hi guys! I need a piece of your advice. Are the "u-boot" and "u-boot-env" OpenWrt mtd partition labels well-known and preferred than others such as "U-Boot", "Bootloader-env", "uboot" and etc?

nbd: ideas how I can make the imagebuilder accept variables like CONFIG_TARGET_SQUASHFS_BLOCK_SIZE over the command line? i.e. make image CONFIG_TARGET_SQUASHFS_BLOCK_SIZE=512
