or not....guess i just have to hardcode the stub for aarch64
<MTecknology>
oh ... I tried it again and this time it made it further, only doing one urlopen error before moving to other steps and then running back into the same error again.
<MTecknology>
I'm starting to wonder if this is a problem with apple and not me.

After fie failures, the sixth attempt pulled it down, it moved ahead a couple more steps, and it's doing the same thing.

This is weird behavior considering I have a reliable network and have been using it just fine for work all day. https://dpaste.com/96K72T955

After a giant pile of those retry lines, it's extracting root.imp into disk0s8
<MTecknology>
The first time I selected asahi at boot time, it prompted me for credentials and to confirm changes and then rebooted. Since then, it just comes to a blank screen and that's it. I'll fiddle with it later, but taking a break now.

mac mini?
<tpw_rules>
MTecknology: have you got a mac mini? you'll need to try a different monitor or maybe some of the solutions in https://github.com/AsahiLinux/m1n1/issues/159 . i hear rumors improvements are coming/have come to m1n1 master but idk how long it will take to end up in the installer
<MTecknology>
