@jannau et al - running Fedora (6.5.4-403.asahi.fc38.aarch64+16k) on an M1 Mini, I can confirm that sound is now working. As I run as root, I had to comment out ConditionUser=!root in /usr/lib/systemd/user/pipewire-pulse.service and /usr/lib/systemd/user/pipewire-pulse.socket. Thanks for the assistance!

the touchbar is enabled in fedora-asahi-remix with kernel-16k 6.5.11 or later. older installs need to install tiny-fdr, recent installations should have it pre-installed

sway and weston have trouble with the presence of the touchbar display. weston seems to (randomly) try to use it as main display and sway can't use the GPU driver. we probably have to setup kmsro for adp
