The original intention of the issue was to allow manual installation of tex packages so that we don't need to package everything. Python 3.9 became the new baseline (i.e. haikuporter) - many other packages still dep on Python 3.7. I was able to remove python 2.7 - no issues so far. So, only Python 3.7/3.9/3.10 installed.
