Is the EXT_SRGB EOTF electrical range from -0.8 to 2.4 or from 0 to 4095? The references used in the color-management protocol suggest the former, but mesa maps EXPT_SRGB to VK_COLOR_SPACE_EXTENDED_SRGB_NONLINEAR_EXT which defers to the scRGB specification. And those specifications all define 16-bit unsigned integer encodings. In the case of the non-linear encoding by applying
