While trying to build lilypond, I noticed that `pkg-config libpango-ft2` failed because of missing fribidi. Should we add that to REQUIRES_devel there?

libpango-ft2 is required by lilypond, but it fails to find it if fribidi_devel is not also installed, because that seems to be required by pango

I have created a pull request for pango. I wanted to try the tests for the old version now, because for the new version 5 of the tests crashed on my system, but the old version doesn't build for me ...
