You can either toggle full screen mode using a key combo and use it in full screen, though that would obviously mean that once you leave full screen that it will move off screen again. The alternative is for you to close webpositive, delete the settings file and open it again. It should find a sensible position then.

version is the version the issue occurs on, if it's nightly it is r1/development normally, milestone is for when it is scheduled to be fixed, but you normally dont need to set one explicitly, but sometimes it is nice

Well no, the core issue is that a test for STD_EXPERIMENTAL_FILESYSTEM fails because gcc fails to link something and asks to recompile with -fPIC
