<Dylanger> <DanaG> "I'm curious, which is more..." <- MT8195 is pretty much totally working
<Dylanger> Just sound that's not for me rn
<jenneron[m]> i don't know about screen quality of those though
<jenneron[m]> Dylanger: sound is too important to miss
<jenneron[m]> but eventually mt8192/mt8195 should become fully supported too
<Dylanger> Sound does work, it's just I haven't messed with the UCM config files, it loads the sof firmware correctly
<DanaG> Looks like HP Chromebook X2 is the only one with good screen resolution.
<robclark> the duet 5 has a nice screen, but a bit lower resolution.. duet 3 is a nice device if you want smaller form factor (similar size kb to hp but I think a bit more robust).. duet 5 with larger size might be a bit more comfortable if you aren't used to small keyboards
<robclark> the qc chromebooks all had complete (modulo mipi camera on the tablet things.. which is a problem everywhere) upstream kernel support from the day they shipped
<robclark> which was pretty much a first for arm things
<robclark> with the direction qc is going hopefully that trend continues

<javierm> mani_s, broonie: had time this morning to write the regulator_ignore_unused cmdline param patch. Let me know what you think
<Dylanger> <DanaG> "Looks like HP Chromebook X2 is..." <- Cheery has a 2K resolution
<Dylanger> It's awesome to read text on
