Hi! mesa-asahi-edge stopped working today after I rebuilt my kernel (after I rebased it on asahi-6.5-18, 837bf5adb53e5c3bad98af359956140ad654178f). The renderer string is back to being llvmpipe, and all graphics stuff is now super slow :(

Ok, fedora tells me to upgrade macOS, but I am le tired. It seems like it shouldn't be that hard to install fedora alongside arch since grub is in the loop. The only oddity is my keyboard doesn't seem to work in grub.

eldondev_: using the same boot partitions for two different linux installations is not supported. each of the the installs wants to manage the same files (most importantly m1n1/boot.bin) on the ESP. From time to time there will be incompatible kernel changes which would require simultaneous kernel updates on both systems

what: 13.6 uses the sonoma system firmware and would be affected as well. You should be fine as long as you keep promotion as refresh rate on 14/16 inch macbook pros. as far as we know no other device is affected
