is anyone currently working on getting spice guest sessions working in Haiku?
<trannus_1ran>
I ask since the mouse running off the edge of the screen is quite nearly the last thing in my way for a haiku dev environment in emulation
<rennj>
you doing compile jobs on zen laptop Begasus under linux might want to checkout...

14+GB of space just to do kernel compile make oldconfig on ubuntu/pop-os is like make allmodconfig huge!! every possible module for all known hardware.
<nosycat>
Anyone else get the feeling that this is unsustainable?
<rennj>
dll lib hell we already living in
<rennj>

<Begasus>
takes me back almost 30years :P
<rennj>
log4j java
<nosycat>
That's funny, I posted something along those lines on Mastodon a few days ago.

<augiedoggie>
"In the new "automatic" mode, the number of displayed colors is just 3, as opposed to the full 38"
<bbjimmy>
so now I cannot set the inactive tab color?
<augiedoggie>
you need to turn off automatic mode
<bbjimmy>
or the tooltip background?
<bbjimmy>
Automatic mode is not very descriptive and dos not give an idea of what it is doing.
<bbjimmy>
The default should have Automaticly select secondary colors not be not selected.
<augiedoggie>
i haven't looked at the user interface for it yet
<bbjimmy>
it is a checkbox
<augiedoggie>
i probably would've just added an "Advanced" checkbox that shows the full list :P
<augiedoggie>
or "Detailed color selection"
<bbjimmy>
Apperances should save the checkbox selection abd not start with the limited colors selected .
<BrunoSpr>
why?
rennj has quit [Ping timeout: 480 seconds]
<BrunoSpr>
If the user has time to fiddle arround with the colours, she will do so! First thing you will do with a computer it to work with it! Not fiddle arround and chang this look or that colour! If the user has time it will be his decission to do so!
