augiedoggie: i don't mean to annoy you or anything, but have you gotten around to trying the fix i sent earlier?
<repetitivestrain>

<augiedoggie>

<repetitivestrain>
ah thanks
<repetitivestrain>
can you put Fprint (slant, Qexternal_debugging_output); at the end of haikufont_lisp_to_slant and see what is printed out before it crashes?
<repetitivestrain>
thanks
<augiedoggie>
sure, you'll have to give me a few minutes
<augiedoggie>

Hi, short question. I have developed a script language for #tdme2 and I also implemented a MiniScript -> CPP transpiler, which works like a charm and will speed up our game like a PRO. :DDD
<andreasdr[m]>
But the execution on Haiku is pretty slow. Even compared to windows. Both use GCC.
<andreasdr[m]>
I can provide benchmarks if someone is interested.
<andreasdr[m]>
The interpreted and native code runs pretty slow.
<andreasdr[m]>
Can also be CPU power management related. Who knows.

I'm currently working on my Weather app for Haiku again and I hit a strange problem.
<Niklas[m]>
I did changes to it and compiled it successfully multiple times,then I removed three printf lines that I needed for debugging a error I fixed and added two printf lines (which I already had before) again and tried to compile it again and then that happened...
<Niklas[m]>
Haiku didn't react to anything anymore.Not even the caps lock or num lock could be activated anymore.A normal shutdown was also impossible,had to pull the power.It happened two times after I did said changes when running make
<Niklas[m]>
Thanks,that works,but now the error doesn't happen anymore o.O
<nephele>
not suee if that is good or bad
<Niklas[m]>
I only hope it isn't because of AMD again
<Niklas[m]>
Had weird random crashes with my AMD A4 before and hoped not to have them with the AMD Athlon II because it's a older series,but who knows...
