i personally prefer the atari 5200 version as the graphic are more in tone with the genre of the era. The PC version is a bit "tux" like graphic quality.

need to speed up on github, 82 commits to hit the 1k :)
<AlienSoldier>
PulkoMandy great. Do you think the pading will add noticabl performance hit?
<PulkoMandy>
No change to performance, maybe higher merory usage but I think hoard2 already rounds up all allocations to the next power of 2 size (to reduce fragmentation) so I expect it won'ttchange by a lot. Didn't do much testing on this besides confirming it fixes the bug
<BrunoSpr>
Strange I thought it is not possible to send files with Vision anymore... but nice surprise... seems I forgot to try

why is it that when you go to cloudfare website you never get that annoying waiting page of checking if the connection is secure. Seem they don't even use their own crap

Hello, I've tried to run Haiku on my PC with 64GB of RAM , got "Can't currently support more than 512GB of RAM!" panic, added simple print how much RAM does it think it has and my PC reports 1TB of memory here (src/system/boot/platform/efi/arch/x86_64/arch_mmu.cpp:239). I don' treally know if this is a known thing with EFI or how to approach this better
<PulkoMandy>
Halamix2, very interesting! it would be great if you can submit a bugreport for this at http://dev.haiku-os.org and assign it to korli, he can probably help fix this
<PulkoMandy>
the code was put this way because at the time we could not find any machine that used this configuration so we could not test it further
luciusf has left #haiku [#haiku]
<PulkoMandy>
the limitation isn't really about the amount of memory installed, but what the CPU and chipset are able to handle, I think
<Halamix2>
