I'm a bit confused about several things in this article. First, it's "replying" to an announcement that we're going to put the (much needed, sure) effort on webkit2. So, that haiku devs are indeed still working on native apps

I think he doesn't realize how little effort the Qt apps take for Haiku devs. It's all done at Haikuports, so what's the problem? How does it prevent anyone from working on native apps?

And there's the option of... Just not using them? Which is what I do for the most part, but there are a few apps I'm happy to have

Yes, but that was work from 3DEyes mainly, I don't think he was an active dev on Haiku or other apps before starting to work on Qt? Really, I'm not sure how Qt apps get in the way of native ones

Well, you can force close it by pressing ctrl+alt+shift and clicking on the program in the deskbar (aka, do the vulkan death gript :D)

You should be able to "reset" WebPositive by deleting the ~/config/settings/WebPositive/ directory

If you have a way of reliably reproducing it, then, definitely. Otherwise, I guess it's up to you to decide if a bug report would be useful...

boody24[m]: If you get it to happen again, you can save thecontent of the webpositive directory and that can be used to reproduce and investigate

Haiku's icon format are interesting (I worked on them in the past)
