Dhruva gole: Hey there, Haiku isn't Linux, so any driver tutorials for Linux will not work for Haiku drivers. I'm not a developer, but perhaps try the following documentation? https://www.haiku-os.org/docs/api/drivers.html

Ah ok so the issue was my github username is dhruvag2000 and not 2k, so replacing the 2k with 2000 worked.

and since haiku defaults to github username, it became a bit confusing.

also the fact that usernames are case sensitive is note-worthy,

As long as I have used github the case generally did not matter. But seems like here it makes all the difference

OK I just ran the stock haiku image in boxes and it booted up fine, just that the cursor moves really weird. Is there a fix for that?

I heard that a student as part of GSoC worked on this mouse speed stuff and helped add that feature to haiku, is that project complete or is there a TODO list left?
