cocobean: there is definetely value in running the webkit tests, they are small tests checking single functionality, they are a potentially good source to find out what commit introduces regressions, yes it does take long to run, but that can probably be improved

I tried compiling gentoo with documentation once, with +doc, it failed because doxygen documentation is generated with doxygen, and it could not figure out that maybe compiling it before trying to use it would be a good idea :)

I can build OCIO without OIIO ... but I have to disable building the cmd's (which I think are not used so far)

I'm using something simular in the recipe now, seems that with building SSE2 fails on 32bit, so a check for != x86_gcc2 would be ok there?

SSE2 is supported on 32bit begasus

maybe nephele[x] but it seems that others also disable it for non 64bit (on the account for OCIO)
